Very helpful staff
Friendly knowledgeable staff and great selection and variety. Saves me a twenty minute drive to crowded frustrating big box stores. I always find what I want and then wind up finding a few things I didn't even know I needed. I love this place!

I mistakenly purchased the wrong size staples for my staple gun. when I returned to exchange the salesman was very helpful but when I went to the register I was asked if I had opened the package and I said of course, how I knew they didn't fit. I was then given a lecture about how other customers don't like buying an already opened package and he became angry that I had not read the package instead of opening and caused them the great inconveniance of having to retape . The return policy should not have to include getting an angry lecture. I would not have tried to return if I had known I would be treated this way. Ace lost my business, as I know Home Depot, down the road, treats customers with respect.
Sure beats driving all the way to Tyler, lots of metric nuts/bolts, and gun screws! Who knew?
